Here are the three key stages of our work with clients:

Pre-production

Preparation is key to seamless production. Before taking (virtual) pen to paper, we first make sure we fully understand your business, its challenges and opportunities. We undertake in-depth research into your target audience and their online habits, identifying the right platforms, tactics and trends for you to capitalise on. We run creative brainstorms with key stakeholders, ensuring your vision is reflected across all content production.

We’ll also drill down the essentials - finalising budgets as well as confirming equipment and casting needs, ensuring there are no hidden costs.

On Location

Our experienced team is a well-oiled machine that know each other and their responsibilities inside out. We know you can't afford disruption for your current guests, so we work quickly and efficiently, without ever compromising on quality. Our content creation is a fluid process; wherever relevant, we will share our work with you for feedback on an ongoing basis, helping perfect our output.

Post-production

The subtle touch of a highly experienced editor is what turns good into great. Our content editors have been helping the world’s biggest brands stand out from the crowd for more than 20 years. We can follow the tightest brand guidelines, or help you bring a new style to your business, always delivering perfect edits in a timely fashion.

Content production case study: Yotel New York

In a two-week shoot we created Yotel a bank of quality assets, allowing it to plan all its content in advance, year-round.

Brief

Yotel New York wanted a consistent pipeline of quality content, that would help it build its presence across all marketing channels. For the last three years, we’ve worked with Yotel to provide content it can use throughout the year, with a focus on video.

Our Solution

We developed a content strategy featuring a mixture of bite-sized and long-form hero videos that could be used for campaigns year-round, with both evergreen and seasonal pieces. We made sure that content always reflected the Yotel brand. JCMT was also responsible for casting the talent for the shoot.

Results

During a two-week shoot we were able to capture:

  • 1x 60s destination video

  • 1x promotional 30” video for the launch of the terrace

  • 10x 15'“ videos focusing on the hotel features

  • 1x fun ‘360’ video

  • 20 food and beverage stills

  • 2x 10” food and beverage videos

  • 24 interior stills

  • 23 lifestyle images

Yotel now has all the assets it needs to plan all its content in advance, year-round, with a combination of posts to boost and dedicated social ads to promote all year round.
